"Nowadays no one questions benefits of weight loss. I knew that losing weight would improve my health, my appearance, my self-esteem, but I could have never imagined the impact it had on me and even myfamily. After losing 70 lb, dropping 8 dress sizes (I now wear a size 4!) and getting in perfect physical condition, I got a whole new outlook on life. Now I know I can do anything if I set my mind to it! My then 4 years old daughter even began talking about healthy foods. Baby carrots and apples became her favorite snacks and water became her drink of choice. Kids copy their parents in many ways, and without even trying, I helped my daughter develop healthy eating habits. Walks in the park and riding bikes with my husband and my daughter became a habit. It helped us get exercise in our daily routine and spend quality time as a family. When I was 200 lb, I could hardly walk 5 houses down the street to our mailbox without getting out of breath. "

I tried countless fad diets, energy pills, on-line programs and nothing worked.
