Program Details:
Your Initial Consultation, body composition analysis and metabolic body type analysis establish
healthy yet attainable goals while introducing clients to all the support tools available with their
specific program.
A Nutrition Plan that is based on client's metabolic type and personal goals. Each nutrition plan is
fine-tuned to your specific nutritional needs and daily exercise routine providing optimal energy levels

A Custom Exercise Plan that consist of two essential parts; cardiovascular exercise and personal
training. Each personal training session is a one-on-one session with a professional and certified master
trainer. Each personal training method was developed and perfected by UWLC founder, Frank Roberson.
From full body workouts to targeting very specific areas of your body, our personal training sessions are
fun and effective. You will see your body changing in a matter of weeks.
Support and Motivation Tools include a by-weekly "progress review" (weight, measurements and
pictures are recorded every two weeks); on-line access to nutrition plans and Progress Tracker; a
wide range of information and research on different weight management and health issues; and
continuous support from our staff before, during and after training sessions. After all, our goal is not
only to provide our clients with professional help in nutrition and exercise, but to motivate and educate
for ultimate lifestyle change.

This is the reason why we strongly believe that through application of our knowledge and motivation we can help each one of our clients reach their goal. Our athlete performance enhancement program is designed for athletes of all sports and levels to
improve their strength, conditioning, power, speed and agility. This program is perfect for athletes of all
ages during pre-season, off-season or post-season training.
